End User Support Technician
Summary
Primary responsibilities will be autopiloting computers, building desks for intern/mew grads and eventually reclaim the desk set-ups once they leave. Help with hardware and potentially, some general troubleshooting, but the main focus will be intern/new grad computer and peripheral distribution.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computer equipment.
- Lift and move equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical school or technical courses in computer repair a plus and may partially substitute for experience.
- Minimum of 1-year of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Analytical and well-organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be accurate.
Preferred
- A+ Certification
