About the Company: Our main regional headquarters and warehousing distribution center has been re-located to a brand-new state of the art facility in Glendale Heights. Jackson Supplies is the ecommerce division of the organization and is expanding our online product assortment by manufacturing new products daily and working to bring our current expansive manufactured product line to the online consumer.
Position Summary: Ensure end to end customer satisfaction and maintain a positive online presence for all 3rd party selling channels and our multiple websites. Manage all order related inquires, product questions, and QA/QC requests from all forms of communication, phone, email, ecommerce interface and chat. Ensure optimal marketplace compliance on all channels and storefronts.
Essential Functions
· Respond to e-commerce customer service queries, product questions, and QA/QC requests from all forms of communication, phone, email, ticketing systems, ecommerce interface and chat.
· Order related inquires, Shipping, missing items refunds, returns, and warranty information
· Identify customer feedback to work with appropriate departments in update listing content, packaging updates, as well as product improvement and recommendations
· Monitor customer reviews, questions and feedback for trends and quality control issues.
· Remove and address seller feedback, reviews, and online ratings across all selling platforms
Qualifications
· Detail oriented, organized, flexible. ability to multi-task
· Power computer and internet user.
· Ability to quickly research on the internet and organize the information.
· Experience with customer and ecommerce seller portals i.e., ship station, Zendesk and Amazon seller central.
