Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing responsive, pleasant and professional assistance.The Sr.
Customer Service Representative supports customers, channel partners, field sales, and other teams by promptly fielding all incoming phone calls, chat sessions, and emails.
While also being responsible for handling inquiries for order status, shipment tracking, shipping/order documents, lead time questions, order changes, RMAs, order expediting, troubleshooting, lead distribution, and parts price quotes.This position acts as the internal initial point of contact for Dorner’s key accounts by collaborating closely with internal teams to find solutions to issues.
