Dispatcher/Customer Support Coordinator

SNI Companies has partnered with a growing manufacturing/electrical firm in Dallas looking to bring on a Dispatcher/Customer Support Coordinator to their team on a contract to hire basis.

This positions is responsible for dispatching electricians to customers across the country and managing the work order repair process in accordance with customer guidelines and industry standards.
