Overview

The Dispatcher / CSR position is a full-time position that will help support the day to day operations of the company working closely with management and call center. Experience with easy to use Service Titan program preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• These tasks include but are not limited to the following:
• Administer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Overview pending deposits for upcoming jobs.
• Daily scheduling and dispatching our HVAC and Plumbing technicians.
• Follow-up with Service Technician or Installer to ensure all administrative documents are submitted and finalized in Service Titan.
• Follow-up with clients and staff to ensure services are completed and issues resolved.
• Perform a variety of office/clerical duties as necessary
• Schedule and coordinate multiple activities.
• Accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
