Your primary responsibilities are to assist with daily living, socialization, leisure and recreation, basic academics, and communications skills. Efficient organizational and time management skills assist in prioritizing these tasks to ensure optimum services to the people we support. You strategically monitor and implement daily activity schedules, perform housekeeping, and supply supporting personal care routines. As a strong communicator, you provide significant verbal encouragement and support. You frequently interact with external professionals, clinicians, and family with great positivity. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills ensure the well-being and safety of all persons served with constant observations during activities and healthcare practices, and required documentation is recorded.
