Merakey is seeking a full time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in the Greensburg, PA areas.

NEW RATES starting at $12.00/hour! And, good through end of November, qualified candidates are eligible for up to $19.00/hour if the Enhanced Pay Program is selected and/or the Shift Differential is applicable for the hours worked. Shift Differential will give employees $5.00/hr more for the weekend shifts and $2.00 more for the weekday shifts.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Providing individualized care, activities of daily living, including proper maintenance of living area, and guiding residents in leisure activities, work and day programming.
• All chores necessary to maintain as normal a living environment as possible, i.e., laundry and housekeeping.
• Staff will be required to follow a designated shift routine and assignments as outlined by the House Manager.
