– $15.25/HOUR; SIGNING BONUS UP TO $600; Referral Bonus $300; PAID TRAINING BENEFITS:additional $0.50 per hour differential for overnight and weekend shiftsadditional $2.00 per hour retention bonus through 12/31additional $1.50 per hour in HERO payMEDICAL, DENTAL, UP TO 200 PAID TIME OFF HOURS PER YEAR; 403(B) MATCHING; FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT; EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM and moreDirect Support Professional:Direct Support Professionals provide support and training to the Disability Services program clients in a residential setting by assisting them with daily activities.Voaww3QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
One year of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (or other closely related experience) is strongly preferred.Required to read and understand the program documentation and perform basic writing and documenting skills that accurately convey the information in the primary language of our clients which is English.Required, as a condition of employment, to obtain: CPR/First Aid certification, Nursing Assistant Registration within 120 days of employment, and to attend the required training as scheduled.
Must pass (90%) on the Mandated Reporting Post-Test.Washington State driver’s license is strongly preferred.Must have and maintain an acceptable background check record per State guidelines.Must have basic computer and Internet skills.COVID-19 Vaccination:Per the WA state governor’s COVID-19 vaccination Proclamations, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated on and after October 18, 2021.
