Desktop Support Technician

NTT DATA’s Client is seking a Windows 10 Resource to support the build out Windows 10 PC’s from approved images
Configure user preferences on new/existing PC’s
Interact with users directly throughout implementation processes
Work with existing desktop team to adhere to client policies and procedures
Provide post support for implementations
Requirements
Remote and onsite work
Windows 10 training or equivalent experience
Solid customer communication skills
Preferences
Windows 10 certifications
Previous experience with Windows 10 implementations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1.00
– $2.00 per hour
