Responsibilities: As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide desktop hardware and software troubleshooting for the user community.
This will require you to travel throughout the Colorado Springs area.
This is a full time opportunity requiring you to be on-site in Woodland Park, CO.
Qualifications: Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problems.Responds to incidents, performs diagnosis, executes incident resolution for those requiring medium to high complexity.Utilizes previous experience to reach resolution and will contribute to knowledge Interacts with the customers in a courteous and professional manner.Assists in the maintenance of and enters appropriate data into the device asset management system and the knowledge management systems to capture knowledge and work processes.Responds to assigned issues and troubleshoots problems with desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals, including deployment of new devices.The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a can-do attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our ACE factor Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
