Desktop Support Technician

This is a contract to hire role-candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
(2-4 years) in the following areas:

Windows Desktop Support, occasional and typical issues, Involving slowed performance, windows updates, Wi-Fi connection issues, Peripheral connectivity issues

Familiarity with MS TEAMS

Office 365 exposure

Laptop Imaging solutions and experience with such activity

Familiarity with Cell Phone Provisioning, and managing assignments .

Basic Microsoft Active Directory experience is a plus in changing passwords, unlocking accounts, assigning permissions to shares

Working with the regular computer peripherals: Bluetooth mice / keyboards, Smart TV hookups, monitors, scanners, printers, etc.

Customer Services is an absolute must have

Taking ownership of assigned tasks

The ability to work without constant supervision / being self sufficient and reliable

Be Sincere about putting in the work and being dependable, on time, and in the office ready and able to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
