Job Title Dealership Training Coordinator Description STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has openings for Dealership Training Coordinator. These positions based in Bolingbrook, IL are for a Fortune 500 client of STG and expected to be long term. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to candidates in the US, if needed. Position Description The Technical Training Field Support Analyst (FSA) serves as the regional support in the Technical Training Organization and the training centers within the region. Responsibilities include but not limited to bullFielding calls from dealership technicians and using regional data (schedules, training requirements, etc.) to provide optimal solutions. bullSolutions and activities should support key performance indicators. bullManage regional budget including tracking and processing invoices and maintaining regional payment and vendor logs. bullOversee vehicle fleet including tracking vehicles and preparing paperwork for consignments. bullMonitor dealerships for enrollment, pre-requisitions, and completion of training bullMaintain master technical training course schedules for all training centers in region bullCreate course offerings in Learning Management System (LMS) for all training centers in the region bullReschedule or cancel course offerings as necessary and call dealerships impacted bullAssist dealerships with LMS navigation and trainingcertification records bullProcess all non-PO based invoices for all training centers in the Region Requirements bull Bachelorrsquos Degree bull 2 years of experience bull Google Suite, SharePoint bull Basic understanding of Accounts Payable bull Payment systems such as SAP Preferred Requirements bull WebEx bull Skype Resume Submittal Instruction Please e-mail a word formatted resume to Suchitra Ray at or contact at In the subject line of the e-mail please include First and Last Name ndash Dealership Training Coordinator- IL Corporate Information Established in 1985, Systems Technology Group (STG) is a fast-growing IT consulting and systems integration services firm.
