Our Fentress group home is located in the Rutland, MA and provodes students an opportunity to further develop and practice thier social, coping, relapse prevention and independent living skills with support, supervision and coaching from experienced staff.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
– Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or High-school diploma with relevant human services experience required.

Academic studies in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, and education are highly desirable.
* Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
* Must be able to become MAPS certified upon hire.
* Active driver’s license is required.
