As a Member Services Representative you will make a difference in our members lives by ensuring they receive the proper care and benefits they need! You will make outbound phone calls to members to educate them on the benefits of undergoing health risk assessments and schedule their In-Home visit with clinical providers for their one-on-one health assessments.
All you need is a great personality and passion for helping people along with 6 months call center experience, and good computer and communication skills.
