Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Job Description The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.

This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

The Work: A well-qualified candidate in this role will handle inbound calls and place outbound follow up calls to healthcare providers to help manage payments and payment methods.

Additionally this role will provide troubleshooting with how to register or view documents within the client’s web site.
