Job Description: Monday
– Friday 8am
– 5pm (No Weekends)Starting pay range is $17-20 an hour based on experience.Candidates Must reside near Anchorage.This position is remote for the foreseeable future, however employees will be expected to work at the site once we are cleared to return to the office.Qualified Candidates will have some experience in a medical office or claims processing type of position.

There is little customer contact in this position, as you will be responsible to primarily processing and reviewing suspended medical claims, logging appeals, and returning calls to providers regarding claims and appeal status.

Moving up within the organization is something we pride ourselves on.Job Track Description: Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.Performs tasks based on established procedures.In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalentExchanges information and ideas effectively.Responsibility Statements Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs.Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.Gathers all necessary information to update the database.Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.Explains company policies to customers.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.
