General duties include order processing, data management and archiving, phone and email correspondence as well as a general knowledge of A/P and A/R bookkeeping in a customer support capacity.
All duties and activities will require accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties may include but not be limited to the following:Monitor and update Salesforce activities on a daily basis.
This includes, but is not limited to, data entry, uploading customer PO’s and quotes, updating and redirecting cases and updating the service calendar.Process customer billing and payment inquiries.Filing on-line forms and registrations related to the various spares and service functions.Assist other team members as needed in supporting departmental needs during absences and emergencies and times of increased workload.Sales Order and RMA processing to include issuing of work orders linked to sales orders and customer acknowledgement and related correspondence.Assist with managing and monitoring shipment of sales orders to include completing shipping documents for domestic and international shipment to include commercial invoices and SED’sUpdate weekly Sales Order Report prior to weekly sales meetingDesired Skills:Excellent organizational skills.Knowledge of Accounting and MRP/ERP systems.Courteous and Effective communication and negotiations skills.Experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Quick BooksA positive attitude and effective interaction with other team members is a necessary part of this position.Must be able to meet time sensitive objectives.Ability to carry out work assignments without supervision.
Additional Requirements:Some post-secondary education or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.Ability to maintain a regular work schedule.Punctual attendance consistent with our company policy.
