Job Description KFC Team Member – Customer Service Team Member Position is for a New Location in Ooltewah, TN. Prepare/store/pack food items/serve/deliver company products according to company policy and procedures, and in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner. Restaurant Team Member Responsibilities and Requirements Provide prompt and friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction Must adhere to food service sanitation standards Must have a minimum 1 year of experience in the food service industry Prepare all restaurant menu items and checking for product quality and consistency Preparing food orders, cooking on the grill, operating the fry station as needed General knowledge of the restaurant industry and day-to-day tasks in a restaurant or kitchen environment Line Cook/Prep Cook Duties Employees with KFC must perform job duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced and hectic environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the fast food or food service industry.
