A_Bit_About_You As a person, you re good at taking responsibility for the assignments that are assigned to you, and you are good at making sure that they reach their deadline.
You see yourself in a role where you are in daily contact with many different parts of the organization, with the goal of always delivering the best possible help and service to our users.
You know how an iPhone/smartphone works, maybe you re already used to helping people make heads or tails of theirs.

The role and tasks As part of Lunar s journey, we re now expanding our support team to o office in Norway
– so we have people on the ground to help our awesome Norwegian users.
Therefore we need some cool new colleagues to join the journey.
New colleagues that can help influence our new office, and make sure to establish the Lunar DNA in the Norwegian Support team.
In the role of Customer Service Supporter for our Norwegian users, you ll become a pivotal part of Lunar.
Our Support team is how we communicate with our users, and it is, therefore, important that you want to help and greet people with an awesome energy and a smile.
Our users are always our main focus, and it is important to us that they have a great experience when they reach out to us for help.
This is where you come in
– because as our new Customer Service Supporter you will be a part of creating that experience.
As our new colleague, your primary tasks will consist of: * Answering phone calls and chat messages from Lunar s users every day.
* Onboarding of new users and making sure they have the best possible start with Lunar.
* Providing app support.
* Answering questions about our products from our lovely users and help them out.
As the majority of our communication with users is in writing, it s importa that you flawlessly can answer inquiries in Norwegian, both verbally and in writing.
Your profile * You re fluent in Norwegian both written and verbally.
* You might have similar experiences from the service industry.
* You love speaking on the phone and enjoy the challenge of not knowing what the next call might be about.
* You enjoy constant change in a fast-paced environment, and you are motivated by building the airplane while flying it.
* You have a get-things-done attitude and are a “fixer” by nature.
Mission: Building a new Nordic bank!
At Lunar, we believe the Nordics need a new bank
– still a place for people to get loans and pay their bills, but it s done in a nicer and easier way.
Instead of being built on legacy systems and heavy procedures, Lunar wishes to offer a fully digitalized business model, where the goal is to create a lower cost base, and a leaner structure.
As a part of our Support team in Norway, your employment will be in Lunar which is the sister company to Lunar Bank
– and your primary goal will be to help out our badass Norwegian users while people who are employed in the bank are building the bank and its services.
