Local candidates only The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for processing product requests from assigned sales representative(s) in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring field representative stock is maintained in support of upcoming sales forecasts
· Receiving, verifying and processing billing forms from sales representatives
· Generating sales orders and issuing invoices to customer sites in a timely manner; including issue resolution
· Managing sales order process in accordance with forecast and contract adherence
· Managing all customer supplied invoices as needed
· Communicating and resolving issues with client, management, and operations staff
· Executing/facilitating routine requests such as inventory cycle count requests, batch status requests, sample requests, and documentation/paperwork requests between Corporate and sales team Required Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; Associate’s degree, minimum requirement
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in science, business, or customer support related field
· Previous medical device industry experience preferred
