About the Client: Our client is a popular, for-profit health insurance company with a national presence.
About the Role: We are seeking several Customer Service Professionals for an opportunity with our client in the Miramar, FL area An administrative / CSR background is preferred.
Additional details about this role: Work schedule is Monday
– Friday | 8 am
– 5 pm Applicants must be able to type 45wpm Applicants must be bilingual English and Spanish COVID-19 Safety Protocol: Any employee operating from our offices is required to wear a mask or face covering, as recommended by the CDC’s safety guidelines
– we ask that you please do the same if you have an in-person appointment with our team.
An initial questionnaire may be administered before entry is permitted to determine if there is any potential risk.
