A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

A Day in the Life

Your main responsibilities will be providing support to customers and sales representatives. The exact responsibilities include:

  • Maintain high levels of customer care
  • Work on giving customers an impeccable first impression of our company
  • Make follow-ups with customers
  • Take instructions from supervisors
  • Manage web-based ordering interpret and clarify customer adult sloth shipments establish and maintain delightful customer relationships in CRM software such as salesforce.com

Job Requirements:

Job requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in customer service
  • Experience with online customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, email systems, and other internet tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
