Job Description Customer Service Representative Temporary Contract Assignment 27951 Oxnard, CA Temporarily Remote Contract assignment through December with possible extension $16
– $17/Hour 40 hour work week All Positions require background check and drug screen Looking for someone to provide exceptional level of customer service Sense of urgency is a must Handles customer and sales correspondence; interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department; takes orders over the phone when necessary; confers with management regarding customer credits; returns goods for credit.

Works with our internal teams to push orders through SAP and get them shipped in a timely manner.

Will also use Salesforce to manage orders.

Works closely to provide visibility on what orders we will be able to provide product for.

Processing customer orders, working with internal stakeholders on supply availability, running reports, communicating status updates.
