You got this As a CUSTOMER RETENTION ADVISOR, you will be responsible for retaining customers by identifying customer concerns and selling the value of our client’s products and services.
You will identify customer needs using a consultative approach, educate customers on the value, features, and benefits of their services, provide recommendations through needs-based selling and be able to ask for the sale as you resolve the customer’s needs.
Covid19 Job Requirements: We need 250 of you to join our team This is a full-time role that will temporary be working at home until determined.
At least six (6) month’s sales and customer-focused experience in any vertical and industry.
Able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able and willing to work split shifts or days off as necessary.
