ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates with customers by telephone to provide information about services offered by the Company Assists customers in completing applications Contacts customers by email or outbound calls to respond to inquiries Notifies customers of missing information on applications Transfers customer calls, post applications to Loan Officers Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments and  actions taken Maintains a high call to application conversion, while maintaining a positive attitude over the phone and following proper compliance standards Prints, folds, stuffs, seals, and mails out adverse action letters to customers in a timely manner when necessary Maintains excellent job knowledge of the processes, products, systems, compliance and company information, as well as, continual professional development through personalized training with management, classes, conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.

EXPERIENCE & PREREQUISITES
High school diploma or a GED Strong background in customer service required Knowledge of refinancing auto loans a plus Ability to interact with a professional demeanor with staff, general public, Insurance companies and customers Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion with defined deadlines Must possess excellent planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal communication skills Must be detail-oriented with respect to documentation and execution
