Customer Service Representative / Laborer / Sorter

Job Description We are seeking a Recycling Center Customer Service / Laborer to join our team You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information and redeeming HI5 redemption or recycling materials. Must be available weekends. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries Provide information about proper etiquette of recycling Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Maintain work area cleanliness, housekeeping and sanitization of equipment and tools Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving HI5 products and services we provide ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, forklift operation, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with customers Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description We have 5 Recycling & HI5 Redemption Centers located in Kihei, Kahului (UHMC), Haiku and Makawao. Our main Base yard is also in Kahului, which services other vendors with their recycling materials, processing, baling and shipping needs.
