Valley Proteins, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative focused on finished goods export logistics and documentation at our headquarters located in Winchester, VA.
This is a critical role responsible for preparing export documentation in addition to submitting required governmental reporting. You may also be entering and following up on domestic customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and other administrative duties to support the Sales Department.

Job Responsibilities for this critical role:
- Prepare and distribute documentation for international shipments.
- Submit required governmental reports for export shipments.
- Submit request for export health certificates from APHIS.
- Proof ocean bill of ladings and freight bills for accuracy.
- Review certificate of analysis for compliance.
- Enter sales orders for finished good products into SAP.
- Assist in resolving issues related to on-time delivery of domestic customer orders.
- Monitor and update finished goods orders as required.
- Communicate delivery issues with Sales Representative.
- Prepare sales management reports.

Job Requirements:
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, shipping, or other supply chain role.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. SAP knowledge beneficial.
- Ability to work without direct supervision. Self-starter with excellent work habits.
- Strength in detail, superior organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem resolution.
