These are long term opportunities with potential for temp-hire for the right candidate. Pay rate range between $18-20/hr. Responsibilities: Account Management Customer service support Maintain customer profiles Order Confirmation Management Generate Quotations Assist Sales Managers with bids and proposals Customer Complaint Processing Manage Orders To Completion Regular review of account open backlog and delivery status Customer correspondence Outbound calling to new and existing customers Field inbound sales calls Systems Knowledge Develop strong ERP skills through daily use and continuous training Support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Product Understanding Regular attendance to internal & external training sessions Pursue product knowledge Assist customers with product decisions Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. AS or Business School education preferred.
