Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client, a financial institution in Mercer County, New Jersey (NJ), that is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team. Summary: This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the ideal candidate. Responsibilities include troubleshooting for customers via telephone, email, and fax, customer request, and escalations. Additional responsibilities include fraud investigations and service agreements.
