Job Title: Fraud and Cl aims Ops Spec 2 (Online Alert Fraud) Duration of Assignment: 6 month CTH Hours/Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11am -8pm with an hour lunch Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 8pm with an hour lunch Job Requirements: This position will entail reviewing online alerts for possible fraud on customers accounts.
There will be outbound phone calls to check in with customers that have these alerts.
Once fraud is shown it’s valid, agent must create a case for a claim while freezing the account in question.
This is a production environment where agents are expected to do 4.5 alerts per hour.
This will be on average an 80%/20% split on investigative work/phone calls.
