Job Description: Answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls accordingly internally.
Book meetings with customers who want to schedule in-person appointments to discuss services.
Quote follow up, quote management and closing rate tracking.
Assist with collections department as needed.
Handling all in-boundcalls and answering any customer questions, concerns, inquiries about warranty, etc.
to the best of your ability.
Assisting with follow up calls with customers to discuss satisfaction of services provided, etc.
