We are a mid-size, profitable and expanding nonstandard automobile insurance company doing business in Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Our office is located in Mount Prospect, IL, a suburb of Chicago.

The ideal candidate will have: Experience in customer service field, call center, or collections Experience in data entry and clerical work Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, high volume phone call environment Proficiency working on a computer Good communication skills A responsible and conscientious nature Good problem-solving aptitude Attention to Detail and Excellent Quality Bilingual English-Spanish or Polish-Spanish is a Plus Key responsibilities include: Answer and respond to telephone inquiries Data Entry to Company computer systems General Office Work Other duties as assigned The Position: Full Time Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday) 401K
