As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on customer support calls.

You are responsible for handling service requests and customer issues.

Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees while meeting job and company goals.

Specific Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner and schedule service calls for technicians Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer issues Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology Excellent communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and personality
