Customer Service Representative

Ref ID: 04861-9502565621 Classification: Customer Service Representative Compensation: $18.00 to $18.00 hourly A highly respected Robert Half client is building a team of Customer Service Representatives to be part of a contract to hire project in a call center environment fielding and making collection calls from customers seeking assistance with their automotive accounts.

Responsibilities would include the following:
• Placing heavy outbound phone calls collecting on delinquent auto accounts.

• Setting promise to pay, payment plans, and reoccurring payments in order to reduce delinquency and help bring accounts current.

• Will also be advising on loans and how delinquent status effects the customer
• Responds to customer verbal inquiries.

• Records details about customer inquiries.

• Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.

• Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.

Job Requirements:
• Working accounts 1-60 days late
• STRONG customer service
• Will train on collections
• Need amazing communications and customer experience
• 100% ONSITE – with social distancing.
