Customer Service Representative

Allstate Multiple Locations Metro Atlanta Area

This is a Contract position in Chicago, IL posted December 1, 2021.

Job Description Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company.

We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is required .

Open House and on the spot Interview
– September 12, 2015 from 8:00am-12:00pm at 4511 Olde Perimeter Way Ste 400 Atlanta, GA 30346 Job Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Develop new Financial Services opportunities.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms
– places orders weekly.

Claims follow up calls.

Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed Job Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Create relationships from a cold start.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

Professional phone etiquette.

Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others Strong work ethic and leadership skills Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations Salary plus bonus Experience: Insurance License: 1 year (Required)
