Schedule          8am-6:30pm (Mon – Fri) with a 40-hourwork week  

Job Description: 

  • MC Centralized Document Control is a call center-based environment that is also responsible for the centralized review and approval of various retirement and retail distribution and disbursements requests. 
  • The Centralized Document Control Associate is responsible for performing a complete review of all transactions assigned to their work queue and ensuring that client instructions are being processed as requested. 
  • Additionally, associates will be required to take incoming calls which will allow them to build skill sets relating to direct and indirect client interaction while maintaining their weekly goals.  
  • Calls will range from retail and retirement account knowledge on general IRS guidelines to processing distribution requests entered by the branch offices for our national clients.  
  • All incoming associates will undergo an extensive training course with both classroom and on the job training with a certified mentor.  
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn and detail oriented within the workplace environment.

Education/Skills/Experience:  

  • Candidate should have experience in customer service and be able to work in a team environment 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required 
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills required 
  • Ability to manage issues through to resolution required 
  • A 4-year college degree is desired 
  • Hours of operation are from  
  • Roles are remote until a return-to-work plan is implemented
