Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative professional who will provide exceptional customer service to North American clients (US, Canada, and Puerto Rico). The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced, casual work environment, coordinating with team members to process customer quotes, purchase orders, shipping paperwork, supply orders and provide technical product support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level (tier one) customer service support
• Scheduling large upgrades on lines of pharmaceutical processing machinery
• Prepare and process quotes in response to customer inquiries, process customer orders;
• Handling inquiries for spare parts, retrofit solutions, and for additional technical services
• Day to day functions involve incoming and outgoing calls (customer inquiries and support requests), data entry and email correspondence
• Resolve issues diplomatically in a logical, non-emotional manner using effective problem-solving skills

Qualifications (Very Important)

• Have a technical/mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to learn:
  • technical/mechanical context, schematics, blueprints, customer specifications, and engineering sketches
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Expertise with PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe

Education and/or experience:
High School Graduate or GED with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role in the manufacturing industry.
