• Answer inbound phone calls from customers with concerns regarding foreclosures
• Respond to customer questions in a timely and empathetic manner
• Review accounts with customers while explaining processes and issues
• Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments as needed
• Provide customers with necessary resources
• Thoroughly document customer inquiries and resolutions in system Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent time management skills
