Customer Service Representative

In an entry-level position, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for communicating directly with clients and existing and prospective customers. The brand’s benefits are explained to them in detail. In addition, our management team coaches Customer Service Representatives on how to compare clients and competition based on their in-depth research. Customer Service Representatives will be able to have meaningful conversations with customers, troubleshoot concerns, and answer questions after completing the entry-level training sessions.
Entry Level Key Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate with customers on behalf of clients
- Retain client information in order to convey the brand’s advantages
- Ensure repeat business by building rapport with potential customers
- Attend all group meetings to learn how to talk about clients effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot concerns and answer customer questions
- Monitor and communicate sales data to track brand exposure
- Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and management
- An enthusiasm for the hands-on work required to handle the event process from start to finish
- Motivate and engage your team to achieve success
Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
- One to two years of previous customer service or sales is helpful
- Above average communication skills are needed
- Full training is provided for the entry level role

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
