Customer Service Representative

Status/Hours: Full-Time, Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. By leveraging a like-minded approach to putting customer needs first, ASB Sports has grown into one of the largest independent team sports dealers in the country. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.Duties and responsibilities of this job are to answer in coming calls, emails, faxes, and chats from customers and/or sales force for order requests. Accurately enter customer’s orders to their specifications, and to ensure proper art design and production requirements are met. Work with team members to ensure order entry, web quotes, art changes and approvals are performed in a timely manner.Qualifications recommended for this position are a high school diploma or GED or one to three years related experience. Good PC and typing skills, along with the ability to multi-task, read and comprehend instruction and the ability to problem solve.This position offers steady hours, a competitive wage and substantial benefits package including insurance and paid time off.
