Customer Service Representative

TalentBridge is searching for strong customer service representatives who are looking to get their foot in the door of a Fortune 500 company. This is a position that will provide lots of growth and advancement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities: 

• reviewing documents against system data and correcting errors
• obtain missing information
• making and receiving phone calls from customers
• facilitate the customer through the process
• gather required documents and assist with activities needed to complete customer’s need
• receiving, sorting, and/or logging data
• validating data and making contacts to resolve simple problems
• balancing report totals or system generated information

• ability to work on multiple screens
• toggle between multiple applications
• excellent communication skills
