About the Position

Our client is a leader in the Call Center industry providing world class customer service nationally. They are currently looking to bring on energetic and positive individuals to grow their customer support teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Part time and remote positions available
Inbound call support
Data entry and order processing
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
Fulfills requests by completing customer need and / or forwarding requests for resolution.
Update job knowledge by participating in recursive weekend training opportunities
Place outbound follow-up calls for orders that have missing or incorrect information
Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.
Strong work ethic, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast- paces business environment

Must posses a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers/aggregators over the phone.

Must posses and be able to demonstrate strong confirmation and closing skills.

Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.

Research, resolve and reschedule orders as needed.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Providing helpful information, answer questions and respond to complaints.
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Contributing to team metrics by accomplishing individual goals.

Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience
  • Minimum 6 month of data entry experience
  • Basic computer skills including MS office.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Open availability Monday thru Sunday 7:00am thru 12:00am ET and understand hours of operation could change at anytime, so must be flexible.
  • Must Satisfy Background and Drug Test Requirements
