Customer Service Representative Adecco is assisting our client recruiting for Customer Service Representative positions in the uptown, Charlotte, NC area.
These Call Center Associate jobs are long term opportunities.
These positions require candidates to manage a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, assisting callers with on line application process while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities for include but are not limited to: Inbound calls assisting customers regarding housing and rent assistance Working with callers from South Carolina and Delaware Assisting callers in completing on line applications Identifying and resolving complaints, this is your chance to be creative in finding a solution Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: At least 1 year Call Center experience High School Diploma or GED Above all, friendly, empathetic & professional In addition: Pay rate $12.00 plus overtime as needed!
Hours 9am
– 5pm
– Monday -Friday Casual, call center work environment
