Customer Service Representative

Kforce Finance and Accounting

This is a Contract position in Deerfield Beach, FL posted July 1, 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Essential Duties: Identify and assess customers’ or distributors needs to achieve satisfaction Process, review, and verify orders from all customers in the Caribbean, Central America, and South America region Process POS materials requests Prepare sample orders to potential clients Coordinate with shipping warehouses to manage orders and ensure all export documents are correct and sent to necessary parties.

Manages e-commerce order flow.

Releases EDI orders and updates customer’s ecommerce management sites Trace shipments and report status to appropriate individuals Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Helps with resolving customer calls, inquiries, complaints, and application questions Other duties may be assigned Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Experience with order processing and logistics Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Preferred experience with Infor LX or similar system Strong customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments; Able to read, write fluent Spanish Good written and verbal communication skills; writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers Positive Attitude Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions Attention to Detail People Oriented Cost Consciousness; works within approved budget; contributes to profits and revenue Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
