Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role:
- Responsible for delivering high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintains accurate and organized records of all transactions, including orders, credits, & returns.
- Develops a level of expertise in product availability and lead times within the company’s capabilities.
- Utilize planning models in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn and be knowledgeable on all company products.
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Role:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook & Excel
- Strong phone and email skills
