Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Number of Openings: 10
Start Date: July 12th
Location: Lincoln, RI (onsite position)
HOURS: 3:00PM – 10:30PM (M-F), weekend schedule alt Sat (TBD)
37.5 hours/week
Day to Day Responsibilities:
-Provides telephone coverage in accordance with position
description and adheres to the claims Call Strength scorecards.
-When applicable, promotes participation, at customer’s option,
for this company’s preferred provider programs, such as RAP and our
glass networks.
-Actively works to increase product knowledge – utilizes
Knowledge Base and the resources on the SCO Claims
MOSS site.
-Meets performance expectations as outlined by management.
-May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
-Must secure and maintain state and nonresident licenses.
-Requires regular weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
