Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will work with customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about services.

Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative:
Investigate all invoices from value add suppliers to verify quantities and pricing.

Assist with assignments of shop orders to production reported.

Assist Production Control Manager and Production Scheduling Supervisor with paper flow and phone coverage.

Willing to go out on the production floor and to various departments within the plant to complete their job requirements.

Will communicate with outside vendors and shops to facilitate the completion of our product and to coordinate getting our product shipped.

Will communicate with our customers through emails and phone calls professionally even if the customer is upset and disgruntled.

Assist in reconciliation of physical count vs.

system quantities.

Confidently assist in performing physical inventory monthly.

Reconcile all inventory processed by value-add suppliers.

Manage and control batch-processing files.

Update Bliss System and return to normal tracking status.

What We Need From You (Our Requirements):
Associates degree in related field preferred.

Customer service experience preferred.

Experience in shipping environment a plus.

Must have strong communication skills.

Weekend work and extended hours required as needed.

One to two years manufacturing experience preferred from fast paced manufacturing environment.

Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
