Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• 10 AM to 6:30 PM
• 10:30 AM to 7 PM
• 11 AM to 7:30 PM
• 11:30 AM to 8 PM
• Must be open and flexible with shifts
• Pay Rate: $16/hr
• Contract to hire
• Training will take place remotely
• Will eventually transition back to working in the office

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

• Provides first line of support and problem resolution for products and services
• Answers inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
• Identifies customer concerns and provides resolution

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience preferred in high volume call center
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to navigate through multiple systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to pass re-employment screenings to include a background check, education verification and drug screen.
