A local Sarasota company is searching for a customer service representative who will have core responsibilities in answering phone calls from customers and being able to assist them with either answering their questions or directing them to someone that would be able to help them. Our high-energy work environment allows the customer service representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
What we look for:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
- Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting
- Type 30+ words per minute
