We kick start every day with a get-it-done attitude and a daily email to stay organized and focused. Businesses dont rest and neither does our team, if the phones are ringing, were answering. If youre not in the phone queue, youre probably taking care of customer questions and needs via email. Youll have dedicated time to focus by making that fiber magic happen, working in the background to be sure installation, scheduling, equipment, and billing details are just right. Check in on our team match ups. Were always watching call volumes, scheduling completions, and all our business stats. If youre on top, the bragging rights are a coveted bonus. Time for a team meeting, well go over process changes, market updates, and really hone in on the customer experience. Take some time to prepare for your weekly check-in. When you have your one-on-one, youll be prepared to show off your got-it-done list and your ideas for what to tackle next. Follow up with other teams; we work closely with engineering and tier two to give our customers the best possible experience. Being able to flow and translate between departments and teams keeps us all exceptional.
